Residential building in Ahwaz- ICF Technology (2010)
Description: This project is a residential house that was built with “ICF” technology. In this system, all the concrete walls are bearing walls. In this building because of the high level of underground water; the usage of piles is undeniable. The structural system is concrete shear walls with “ICF” blocks. As these blocks are made from “EPS”, every type of energy would save.
