DANA Residential Complex

Description: The objective of this project is to design the rooftop pool and the main entrance of the residential complex.

Description: EPC contract for 200 schools in Iraq (Baghdad & south provinces) awarded to I. Steel Plants Group (ISP). A contract was made for project management, design, international meetings, and negotiation on LC and banking affairs for ISP in Iraq up to the commencement of fabrication. Steel frame and LSF systems were used in these buildings. The walls are made of gypsum board, which is quick and light. The structure was prefabricated with bolts & nuts to reduce labor costs.

Hamadan Library (1998)
Description: The library is the biggest one in the western part of the country, located in Hamadan, Iran. The concrete structure features a system that has been studied for its economic viability. A 18m length of girders, with a 15m span length, was used for a 15 cm thickness shell type. Rock bolts were used to connect the foundation to the Granite surface of the hill, which was a unique feature of the project.
