Description: This project is a residential house that was built with “ICF” technology (Insulating Concrete Forming), where concrete walls are bearing walls. Due to the high level of underground water, piles were required. As these blocks are made from “EPS” (Expanded Polystyrene), the building is categorized as an energy-efficient type. The Integra System was used for this project, complying with fire design requirements.
