Description: A 4000 sf 2-story single family building was designed in Campbell with unique architecture.
Steel structure was used for this project. The prefabricated structure with metal stud walls was fabricated in China and imported to the job site.
It has been a very successful project with large windows, spaces without columns and different designs.

Geogrid was used for the access road
Description: The building has a green and smart Design. Firefighting systems and wall insulation have reduced energy costs.
The water for green areas is treated from the sewage system. Lighting is automatically turned on at night.
All other equipment, such as flush tanks and burglar-proof systems, is fully controlled.
The structural system is a steel frame with a light roof. Gas detectors, CCTV, heat & smoke detectors are also available.
The indoor swimming pool inside the lobby of the building is one of the unique features of this project.
