SCADA BUILDINGS (2200 KM ETHYLENE PIPELINE)
THE NEW PHILOSOPHY FOR FUTURE DESIGN METHOD (2010)
Description: These buildings are designed primarily for S.C.A.D.A unit; 100 Buildings are located from Assaluye to Mahabad along the 2200 km Ethylene pipeline to monitor the pipeline. According to the special requirements of this type of structure for instruments, they have been designed in three categories. This regimentation is based on these items: wind load, snow load, soil type, humidity, earthquake effect, temperature, and rainfall. Thermal Insulation should be under control, and thus the project could be categorized as smart, green, and a sample for future design. So insulation in every region is designed separately with accuracy. Walls are made from sandwich panels whose thicknesses are designed for -10 to +45 degrees Celsius in critical conditions.

1000 TON VESSEL HEAVY TRANSPORTATION (2007)
Appreciation letter from Goldhofer to Dr. Amin Ghafooripour for Implementation on boggies
Description: It is a safe transporter for a 1000-ton vessel in Assaluye port, which may be unique in the Middle East, and is designed for IRAN DENA Transportation Company. The problem was about the available capacity of the trailer in Iran. Their capacities were equal to 300 ton. The Goldhofer company (the trailer manufacturer) announced that transportation would be impossible unless the new type is used. Pars Padir Consulting Engineers provided support to spread the load on the trailer based on their technical specification and analysis of their structure and springs. The job was successfully carried out and Goldhofer featured it as news on their website, announcing that they would modify their design procedure.
The 1000-ton VESSEL shall be placed on top of the bogie from the JUMBO ship, using two heavy-duty 800-ton cranes.
The bogie shall carry the vessel to the expected location.
The vessel shall be erected on top of saddles, which are located on top of the foundation.
Saddles were designed for this purpose.
