As an artist at heart, I design and create homes and buildings for clients to be a part of their lifestyle and their daily life, to create a place where one can release themselves from their daily work life, stress, and just unite their body and mind.

My goal is to create a palace for an individual or a family. A place where the energy is positive and new feelings are born, where negative tensions in the outside world are stripped away as one enters their home.

With my skill set and in-depth approach in design, I try to create the best product and experience for the client.

With over 10 years of work experience, I provide deep knowledge of all European designs and all elements that will help you get the most out of your project, including structural design and interior design packages. I have an extensive background in European styles, Americana, and Asian design; knowledge of Bay Area cities municipal codes for planning department and building departments.

My main goal is to build a long-lasting friendship with the client for years to come and help them reach their design goals for their dream house.

The owner and founder of Hummingbird Energy Services began her career as a mechanical engineer specializing in energy management in 1989. After identifying nearly $10M in quick-payback energy upgrades for a diverse group of schools, offices, industrial businesses, and government buildings, she turned her focus to residential services.

Since 1995, Denise has been developing creative and cost-effective energy solutions for new houses and additions throughout Northern California. In 2016, she founded Hummingbird Energy Services in order to make her creative expertise available to designers, owners, and builders throughout the entire State. As a part of her commitment to outstanding quality of service, Denise hand-selects each energy analyst and oversees and reviews every Title 24 project.
