Description: The objective of this project was to design four 25-story towers with more than 550 residential apartments. Dana residential complex, which contains the full scope of consultant & structural work. The most proper structural system has been chosen for this structure:
Concrete moment frame (in both directions)
Mat Foundation with pile with eccentricity
Pre-stressing concrete slabs with a curved bonded system and some levels unbonded systems were analyzed with ADAPT and SAFE software.

Resalat-Modaress Prestressed and Prefab Bridge (1997)
Description: Two bridges with a 2-span deck were designed. The length of the span was 122’. Prestressed and precast post-tensioned beams were used for this bridge, and since 2001, the bridge has been in service.
The abutments were designed as a reinforced concrete structure and the middle piers are pier shaft structure since there were not enough space to place a foundation and it was not possible to stop the traffic for construction.
